Dear Community and Businesses of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows,
The Rotary Clubs of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows including Meadowridge, Golden Ears and Haney are hosting an exciting Oktoberfest event at The Ranch on October 8, 2022 in partnership with Foamers’ Folly Brewing Company.
The event will be a fundraiser for our community Rotary clubs to continue the ripple effect that makes a difference in the lives of all of us in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. The event will feature a way for adults in the community to come together to enjoy live music while networking and connecting over unique beer and drinks and other entertainment including local and convenient markets.
We have two opportunities to get involved in that include:
- Become a Sponsor (see levels attached to this letter) and/or
- Donate an experience or items that lead to an experience to our Silent and Live Auction that will take place at the event with the silent auction online.
We are asking that you join us in assisting in one of the two initiatives to be an integral part of our Oktoberfest Maple Meadows event!
